Under the terms of the agreement, ATC will engage Contingent’s existing client base to market and sell Contingent’s VoiceWorX line of voice services (VoIP, TDM, conferencing, etc). ATC will call on existing enterprise, channel accounts, and prospects of Contingent, coupling their vast insight and expertise in selling voice solutions with Contingent’s innovative approach to service consolidation. ATC is a national provider in comprehensive telecom services with combined experience of more than 75 years. “This approach will absolutely complement our existing sales efforts and go a long way to help our existing clients take more complete advantage of Contingent’s unique service delivery model,” said Mark Stuhlreyer, Contingent’s Managing Partner. “We are already in these accounts, and ATC’s voice focus is exactly what we need to build our presence.” Broadening its partnership with ATC now is a strategic step for Contingent that will help strengthen its channel program and deepen its penetration in the voice segment.
