Darren DeMartino

Darren DeMartino has been in the technology field for over 30 years and has been a principal at ATC, Inc. since co-founding the firm in 1999. DeMartino has been at the forefront of the telecom-IT convergence, modeling an innovative practice to help organizations create business value from IT, cloud and cybersecurity.

With strategic technology decisions moving increasingly into the C-Suite, DeMartino has become a trusted advisor and solution identifier for complex IT technology decisions. Expertise includes strategic consulting, business-needs analysis, managed security, cloud services and project management—all wrapped around network and connectivity, cloud migration, UCaaS and CCaaS, enterprise mobility, unified communications and expense management.

DeMartino is an adept troubleshooter with a proven track record of helping global enterprises overcome provider- and network-related challenges, while implementing next-gen IT technologies.

Prior to ATC, DeMartino was a top performer at Cable & Wireless for nine years. Among a network of over 300 national reps, he finished as a top-two performer his last five consecutive years with the company. DeMartino was selected for the “Chairman’s Club” and honored with numerous awards, including “Representative of the Year.”

He previously served at MCI, leveraging his experience as an award-winning sales representative in the office products industry to exceed performance expectations.

In addition to his involvement with numerous charitable organizations in the Hartford area, DeMartino is president of the South Windsor Boys Lacrosse and a board member for Ellington Ridge Country Club. He was a past chairperson for the South Windsor Board of Appeals and a past president of the South Windsor Panthers Youth Football and Cheerleading club.

DeMartino also serves on the Masergy Partner Advisory Board and the Avant Communications Advisory Board. His work with LAZ Parking, Casella Waste Management and The Herb Chambers Companies received Channel Partners 360° Awards. He sits on the board of the Connecticut Technology Council and is a previous member of the Eastern Connecticut Health Network board.

DeMartino resides in South Windsor, Connecticut (east of Hartford), with his wife and their four children.
