2026 Main Stage/Panel Sessions Descriptions and Video

eSentire – Cybersecurity Keynote: “From Readiness to Reality: Cyber Resilience in the Age of Scale” – Tia Hopkins

Cybersecurity has entered a fundamentally new era. As threats accelerate in speed, scale, and consequence, simply being “ready” is no longer enough. In 2026, the organizations that succeed will be those capable of executing under pressure, adapting in real time, and sustaining operations while the environment around them becomes increasingly volatile. The pace is faster, the margin for error is smaller, and the adversary is evolving just as quickly.

In this keynote, Tia Hopkins offers a grounded, leadership-centric perspective on how the cybersecurity landscape is shifting—and what it demands from IT and security leaders moving forward. While artificial intelligence is amplifying both defensive and offensive capabilities, Tia emphasizes that technology alone will not carry organizations forward. True resilience is built through disciplined decision-making, alignment between people and process, and the ability to act decisively when conditions are uncertain and uncomfortable.

Designed for CIOs, CISOs, and senior IT leaders, this session reframes cybersecurity as a business-critical execution discipline—one that requires leaders to rethink assumptions, operate beyond legacy playbooks, and remain effective as complexity increases. By blending strong fundamentals with intelligent use of AI, organizations can reduce disruption, maintain momentum, and stay oriented toward the future rather than anchored to what worked in the past.

Dialpad – Customer Experience Keynote: “CX Is Dead: The Rise of Agentic Customer Experience” – Colby Nish

Customer expectations have changed and what once defined great customer experience no longer works.

In this forward-looking keynote, Colby Nish, Chief Revenue Officer at Dialpad and longtime enterprise technology leader, explores how CX is evolving and why traditional models are breaking down. This is not a conversation about channels or tools. It is about outcomes and how organizations serve customers at scale.

Through real-world examples, Colby explains why AI alone is not enough, how fragmented systems create friction for customers and burnout for agents, and why the next era of CX is Agentic, where intelligent agents remove effort and elevate humans to focus on judgment, empathy, and high-value work.

Viewed through the lens of the customer, the agent, and the business, this keynote highlights the cost of standing still and the opportunity for leaders willing to rethink experience from the ground up.

Cloud Security Panel: “Navigating the Cloud Security Maze: Threats, Compliance, and Best Practices”

Industry experts and a local CIO will delve into the latest trends, challenges, and best practices for safeguarding data and applications in the cloud.
