Lugo is an industry IT veteran with a professional dedication to the Hospitality segment—specifically hotel operations—and the “guest experience.” As the director of ATC’s Hospitality IT division, Lugo will spearhead the blossoming division, which has provided a unique niche in the market that has gained traction with hotel operators nationwide and abroad.
Specifically, Lugo is charged with aligning hotel properties with the right technologies and solutions to optimize the guest experience, while adhering to the brand standards of each hotel and the goals and objectives of the owner-operator. In doing so, Lugo will be able to lean on ATC’s solution-agnostic approach, marketplace of over 600+ technology providers, proven process, and Super Support.
Lugo is originally from the Dominican Republic and has lived in New York, Maryland, and Virginia. He currently resides in Florida. Carlos is married with four children. Lugo enjoys travel, cooking, coaching baseball, and spending time with his family.
