Client Services Coordinator – Hospitality IT

Primary responsibility is to provide administration, inside sales support, and customer support to new and existing ATC Hospitality clients. The role includes interfacing with clients and vendors on behalf of ATC in the fast-paced, ever-changing Hospitality IT industry. This position has potential for growth into a Consultant or Project Management role within 12 to 24 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inside Support:

  • Support existing client requests; take action and monitor, facilitate, open, and prioritize ticket requests, etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date communication with ATC’s Hospitality clients.
  • Schedule support call bridges between site contact and vendor support team.
  • Create and maintain client records; update details in the CRM system.
  • Explain technologies to existing and potential clients; clearly explain problems to clients and set the proper expectations for resolution.

Consulting:

  • Draft project work orders; complete audits of potential clients’ current technology landscape; secure quotes from vendors; draft proposals for potential clients; prepare sales presentations.
  • Reconcile proposed costs to actual invoiced amounts; track and forecast client revenue and commissions.
  • Assist project management team with client onboarding and project implementations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Skills:

  • Desire to develop deep technical knowledge of hotel wireless, back-of-house network, phone, point-of-sale (POS), and FTG\GRE ecosystems.
  • Excellent and professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ticketing systems, CRMs, and various other SaaS applications (specifically Airtable, Zendesk, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Efficient and effective ability to manage projects, tasks, and workload in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict deadlines.

  • Manage multiple roles and responsibilities.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Contribute to Team ATC.
