Alexis McKinley

Alexis McKinley is the Marketing Manager at Advanced Technology Consulting (ATC), where she leads the firm’s marketing strategy, brand development, and go-to-market initiatives. Blending creative vision with data-driven execution, she is responsible for elevating ATC’s brand presence, strengthening community engagement, and driving growth through integrated marketing efforts. 

In her role, McKinley oversees marketing strategy across digital campaigns, events, and content platforms—ensuring consistent messaging and a cohesive brand experience across all client-facing channels. She plays a key role in shaping ATC’s voice in the market and developing campaigns that connect complex technology solutions to real business outcomes. 

McKinley is also instrumental in driving ATC’s regional presence through strategic event planning and community engagement. She helps lead the creation and execution of ATC’s flagship annual event, the ATC Tech Summit, while managing events that foster meaningful relationships with clients, partners, and the broader technology community. She also supports partnerships with organizations such as The Circuit and Technology First to expand ATC’s reach and impact. 

As a leader, McKinley mentors marketing team members and collaborates with external vendors and creative partners. She is known for bringing ideas to life from concept through execution—balancing creativity, organization, and strategy to deliver measurable results. 

McKinley earned her Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and her Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communications from Bowling Green State University.
