Clayton Connor brings over a decade of IT expertise, strategic vision, and tactical know-how to his role as a senior technology consultant at ATC. He is a Certified Telecom Professional (CTP) with extensive knowledge of industry offerings, their practical applications, and the associated provisioning, licensing, implementation processes, as well as pricing.
With a collaborative style described as “combining personal attention with expertise to create the perfect business relationship,” Connor is instrumental in creating value at every phase of a project. He is adept at assessing clients’ IT needs and driven by finding solutions in the market to help them transform daily operations.
From project inception to completion—and well beyond—Connor maintains ATC’s standards for service and responsiveness. He leads many aspects of client support—from assembling solution proposals and deliverables to facilitating the implementation process. He is known for with precision with details to minimize disruptions and expedite time-to-solution.
Prior to joining ATC in 2003, Connor worked as a quality assurance analyst at Accu-Med Services and as an application developer at R.L. Polk & Co. He earned both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Markets & Management Certificate from Duke University. He is a member of the Technology Channel Association (TCA) and a certified installer for provider phone systems.
Connor resides in Batavia, OH, with his wife and family.
