Doug Neiheisel is the Delta Team Lead at Advanced Technology Consulting (ATC), where he leads the firm’s core consulting practice and oversees a team of technology consultants delivering high-impact solutions for clients. Since joining ATC in 2018, Neiheisel has steadily advanced through the organization, earning a reputation for strong technical expertise, thoughtful leadership, and a people-first approach.
In his role, Neiheisel is responsible for guiding consulting strategy, mentoring team members, and ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery across ATC’s core focus areas, including voice, network, cloud, cybersecurity, and data and AI solutions. He plays a critical role in shaping ATC’s consulting methodologies – helping develop project management and implementation frameworks that improve efficiency, elevate the client experience, and drive measurable business value.
Neiheisel is known for his ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term vision. As a leader, he fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning, enabling new consultants to quickly adopt “the ATC Way” and make an immediate impact. His leadership has supported significant growth within the consulting practice and strong client outcomes.
Committed to professional development, Neiheisel has completed leadership programs including Cincy LEAD and Ohio IT Leaders and is pursuing his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. He is actively involved in regional technology organizations such as Technology First in Dayton and The Circuit in Cincinnati, contributing to collaboration and knowledge-sharing across Ohio’s tech community.
Neiheisel earned a degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Ohio University, now part of the School of Emerging Technologies. Neiheisel also serves on the Advisory Board for Ohio University’s School of Emerging Technologies and mentors graduate students in the program. He resides in Ohio and is passionate about developing innovative technology solutions and the next generation of IT leaders.
