Scott Johnson is the Hospitality IT Team Lead at Advanced Technology Consulting (ATC), where he brings over 25 years of experience in IT, project management, and low-voltage design. In his role, Johnson ensures that ATC’s hospitality clients—from new hotel builds to established properties—are equipped with the right technology solutions to optimize guest experiences, meet brand standards, and streamline operations.
Before joining ATC, Johnson held leadership roles including Vice President at C-Forward, and he also has experience as a Realtor and residential builder. His diverse background in IT, construction, and project management provides a unique perspective, allowing him to guide new builds, PIP projects, and ongoing support initiatives with precision and efficiency.
At ATC, Johnson helps clients achieve cost savings through vendor management, provides oversight on large-scale technology projects, and collaborates with the Super Support team to resolve technical challenges quickly. His hands-on approach ensures smooth implementation and lasting value for every property.
Originally from the Cincinnati area, Johnson spent his formative years in Fairbanks, Alaska. He enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle, including fishing, kayaking, and off-roading, and he values family time with his wife and two children. Johnson is passionate about seeing new properties come to life—from construction to fully functioning hotels—and thrives on bringing technology to bear in ways that make hospitality effortless.
