Junior Consultant’s Brandi Krummen and Brady Menegay Join ATC

Advanced Technology Consulting (ATC) added two new junior consultants to their Cincinnati staff. Both Brandi Krummen and Brady Menegay hit the ground running July 1 as the primary resources behind ATC Cincinnati’s new Super Support™ line, 513-323-8000, and via email at supersupport@insights.4atc.com.

An added layer of service and support—above and beyond the carrier—has always been a key component of the ATC value proposition, which has led to six consecutive record years. “ATC clients have so taken to this element of ATC’s services,” says co-founder and managing partner David Goodwin, “that Super Support has become the moniker with reinforced resources and communication lines.”

Krummen, Menegay Lead Charge

Brandi Krummen graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati (UC) with a focus on networking. While in school at UC, Krummen worked for Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions (CBTS) in various support and service desk roles. She provided technical support for business customers with Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), SD-WAN, Network as a Service (NaaS), VPLS, Hosted Exchange, long-distance calling, and DNS management services.

Most recently, she served as a Project Manager for Business Market Operations at CBTS. Krummen is a local product out of Ross High School. Krummen intends to grow her consultative skillset and understanding of both the technology and the provider landscape specific to voice, data, cloud and security services.

Brady Menegay is a recent Bachelor of Arts (BA) graduate out of Ohio University (OU) where he specialized in media production, enterprise networking and infrastructure design. At ATC, Menegay will be part of the Super Support team. He also plans to develop his advisory skills across the board with a special interest in cloud services.

Krummen and Menegay follow in the footsteps of ATC’s Doug Neiheisel, who came on board with ATC Cincinnati in October 2018. Neiheisel graduated from OU, like Menegay, where he came out of the J. Warren McClure School of Information and Telecommunications Systems, and most recently was with CBTS, like Krummen. ATC is a platinum partner with CBTS.
