Complex, Multi-Location Projects Drive Growth with New Mid-Market and Enterprise Businesses

Advanced Technology Consulting (ATC) experienced record revenues in 2017 for the fifth consecutive year. Both regional offices—Cincinnati, OH and Hartford, CT —exceeded previously held revenue highs. Over the last five fiscal years, ATC has onboarded large national, multi-location clients and added additional value to existing clients, while expanding a budding consulting practice to include next-gen IT technologies such as SD-WAN, managed security, cellular optimization, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), and Network as a Service (NaaS). This has led to 50 percent growth over the last four years with roughly $20 million in annualized revenues presently under management.

Existing and growing clients include XPO Logistics, Jeff Wyler Automotive, Herb Chambers, LAZ Parking, Ohio National Financial Services, Wabtec, LendKey, Northwestern Mutual, Prasco, ProSource, CE Power Solutions, Storopack, Sheakley and a host of others adding locations and beefing up their infrastructures.

“The more complex, the more locations, the more value we bring,” says Co-Founder and Managing Partner, David Goodwin. “We’re seeing a lot of emphasis on the network. IT leaders understand their success is dependent upon application-level success. This aligns quite well with our expertise, our understanding of next-gen IT technologies, and our network of providers.”

Expertise is Key
“Getting Darren and ATC in here to assess our situation, refine new business requirements and conduct RFP’s, evaluate vendor qualifications, and solution match was instrumental in landing with the right provider for our needs, and secondly assuring a smooth and speedy rollout,” said Frank Wilk, Vice President and CIO, at Casella Waste Systems.

ATC, led by Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Darren DeMartino, orchestrated a new network for Casella’s 85 locations. “We’re fortunate to have so many key providers at our disposal,” says DeMartino. “Still, having the expertise and understanding the proper application for each technology as it pertains to the client’s goals and objectives is what sets ATC apart. Making enterprise applications perform optimally is the critical success factor.”
