ATC was recently selected by Cincy Magazine as a winner in the first annual Cool Tech Awards. The Cool Tech Awards program celebrates companies doing cool things with technology and in doing so, honors companies for their innovation and best practices.

So what exactly is ATC doing with technology that is cool?

“The recent IT/telecom convergence, driven by cloud technologies and connectivity-dependent businesses, has spawned an undiscovered motherland of scaled services and outsourced technology solutions. While it can be sexy, navigating it is definitely difficult. ATC is therefore becoming indispensable to IT-strapped organizations, looking to leverage IP-based solutions to build scalable infrastructures and growth platforms, while enabling a mobile workforce dependent upon real-time collaboration tools.

ATC’s boutique character derives from its specialized telecom expertise, with which it is guiding clients into this new world of Internet-based, cloud technologies. Cloud computing and heavy media streaming means more data traffic for businesses, requiring more bandwidth and more reliable connectivity. Fortunately, fiber-optic connections offer increased bandwidth, speed and performance at a lower cost, granting businesses greater access to cloud-based applications. And, these cloud-based solutions, such as Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), are meeting the demands of geographically-distributed workforces and the productivity requirements of today’s marketplace.”

An independent panel of experts representing various sectors and businesses (including The Brandery, Orchestrate Technology, UpTech and the University of Cincinnati) conducted judging for the Cool Tech Awards. Through a very extensive selection process, they evaluated each nomination upon specific criteria to select this year’s winners.

The Cool Tech Awards will be held on Wednesday, September 29th at Cooper Creek Event Center at the Blue Ash Golf Course.  Networking and the cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 p.m.  The program will begin at 6:30 p.m.
