ATC Cincinnati Moves into New Office Space at Liberty Center

Ribbon Cutting Slated for February 11th; Open House May 5th

Late last year, during all the hustle and bustle of Thanksgiving and the Holidays, ATC Cincinnati managed to successfully execute its second office move in the same calendar year. After exhausting its five-year lease for the offices on Union Center Blvd. in March of 2021, ATC signed a new 10-year lease for premium space at Liberty Center.

The space, Liberty Center’s prime commercial spot on the top floor facing the square/park, had never been occupied, and thus a build-out was required. The build-out lasted about six months. During this time, ATC moved into temporary space on The Square at Union Centre.

ATC officially began its first day in the new Liberty Center space on November 29th, the Monday after Thanksgiving. The design and build-out of the ~7,000 square foot space was a collective effort between Yellow Door Creative, M+A Architects, and the RCF Group. The result is a magnificent hub for collaboration where talent, technology, and expertise unite.

“As a high-end technology consulting firm, we place a premium on professional excellence and culture,” says David Goodwin, ATC Co-Founder and Managing Partner. “This new office will foster both. In addition, we will be able to host clients and partners for collaborative working sessions, as well as larger gatherings of IT leaders for educational presentations and networking.”

ATC’s new brand is reflected in the new space, which features lofted ceilings, huddle rooms, conference rooms, privacy rooms, optional stand-up workstations, and a kitchen and cafe area. The large conference room branded with “Technology is Our Currency” is a multi-functional, divisible space featuring a retractable glass wall and five video displays for varied meeting and presentation layouts.

When the glass wall is retracted, the kitchen-cafe area can be combined into one space with the large conference room. Both are on the corner of the office building with 4th-floor views of the Liberty Center Park and shopping district. The space also features a whole-office sound system.

Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony, Open House

ATC will host a ribbon-cutting “happy hour” in coordination with Liberty Township and the West Chester Chamber Liberty Alliance on Friday, February 11th at 3:00 p.m. This will be an invitation-only, private event. However, ATC will also bring back “ATCinco de Mayo” as a public open house to show off the new space on May 5th (details to be announced).

Ironically, ATC launched ATCinco de Mayo back in 2016 as an open house for the new office space on Union Centre Blvd. The event went over so well that ATC brought it back annually for three years straight until the pandemic hit in the Spring of 2020. The event’s popularity and attendance grew from year to year. The last ATCinco de Mayo in 2019 reached an attendance of ~150 clients, partners, and friends of ATC. ATC will be announcing details regarding the return of ATCinco de Mayo in the coming months.

If interested in attending the Ribbon Cutting this Friday, message Louie Hollmeyer for further details regarding the event.

Here’s a fun video of a team visit last fall to the new space prior to build-out:
