As the holidays kicked into gear in early December last year, ATC Cincinnati’s Super Super team attended the Disney Institute’s professional development course, “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service.”

The event was hosted by the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber on December 5th at Great American Ballpark in partnership with the Cincinnati Reds. The course focused on helping professionals examine how they can differentiate their service to become a provider of choice. It also gave insight on the processes necessary to develop a culture that consistently delivers exceptional service.

“It was a very beneficial program,” says Brandi Krummen, ATC junior consultant and Super Support team member. “The focus on ‘extraordinary attention to detail’ and ‘developing quality standards’ were validation that we are already on the path to providing Super Support to our customers.”

Disney Institute training uses business insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide to inspire individuals and organizations to enhance their own customer experience using Disney principles as their guide. The Disney Institute is expected back in Cincinnati in 2020, but date has yet to be announced.
