Brandi Krummen launched her career as a contractor for Cincinnati Bell Technology Solutions (CBTS) while with Education at Work. It did not take long before she was hired full time with CBTS as a Tier 1 technician supporting VoIP services and cloud-based PBX systems. Brandi advanced at CBTS in roles as a voice specialist and service desk analyst to project manager. After nearly five years with CBTS, she came over to ATC as junior consultant and super support team member in July of 2019.
Today, she spearheads day-to-day support of ATC’s UCaaS, CCaaS and network clients, many of which are with CBTS for their services, ATC’s hometown partner. She also assists with cloud and cybersecurity customers.
When she isn’t rockin’ her “agent” headset as part of ATC’s Super Support™ team, you can find her rockin’ her “gamer” mic. Some of her favorite interactive games are Disney’s Kingdom Hearts, Horizon Zero Dawn, BeatSaber and Subnautica. She also likes board games with friends and enjoys music. “I love jamming out to all sorts of music based on my current mood,” says Brandi. “I enjoy singing along but try to keep it on the low down when I’m in the office.”
Brandi graduated early from the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Information Technology at the age of 21. In high school, she won the Aspiration in Computing Award from the National Center for Women in IT (NCWIT). She also participated heavily in FIRST robotics in high school, and now mentors the Lakota FIRST robotics team.
