ATC junior consultant, Alex Cooley, came to ATC Cincinnati by way of Miami University in Oxford, OH. He is the youngest and most recent addition to the ATC Cincinnati Super Support Team (SST). He has quickly established himself as an “A” player, assisting client’s with support, conducting audits and assessments and developing multi-layered, multi-faceted provider proposals for client review.
Alex enjoys his work and has embraced learning the industry by “being comfortable with the uncomfortable.” While he went to Miami, he grew up in Cincinnati, OH, and enjoys rooting for THE Ohio State Buckeyes. He’s a huge golf guy. “I enjoy playing courses that I haven’t played before and traveling to play,” says Alex. He also enjoys reading things “that may teach me a new way of thinking,” meeting new people, trying out new restaurants and spots with family and friends, and just about “any football game I can get to in the fall.”
Disney Institute
Alex attended the Disney Institute’s professional development course, “Disney’s Approach to Quality Service,” with other SST members in January this year. Disney Institute training uses business insights and time-tested examples from Disney parks and resorts worldwide to inspire individuals and organizations to enhance their own customer experience using Disney principles as their guide.
Alex is looking forward to attending again next year. “I really like the Institute’s mantra to ‘disrupt an industry’ by providing exceptional service and support. I feel like we are doing the same here at ATC,” says Alex. “I also like that they are constantly analyzing and making improvements to their processes to benefit their customers.”
