ATC Partners With Red Canary

ATC is Red Canary’s First Agency Agreement with “Trusted Advisor”

Cincinnati, OH, October 3, 2023—ATC has partnered with leading Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, Red Canary. ATC’s “direct” agreement is the first agency agreement of its kind for Red Canary. The agreement allows ATC to align clients with Red Canary solutions when it’s the right match for both Red Canary and the client.

ATC’s cybersecurity practice has been growing exponentially. As an independent “trusted advisor,” ATC works closely with C-level IT leaders in four core areas: voice, network, cloud, and cybersecurity. Thousands of providers make up the cybersecurity space alone. Navigating this landscape is time-consuming and can be treacherous. ATC works with clients to evaluate their existing cyber posture and threat vector and align them with the proper solutions, tooling, and providers.

Red Canary was recently named a Leader by Forrester in The Forrester Wave™: Managed Detection and Response, Q2 2023. Red Canary received the highest possible score in nine evaluation criteria, including time-to-value, threat hunting, threat intelligence, extended detection and response (XDR), and platform capabilities.

The report states:

  • “Red Canary proves the value of turning threat intelligence into meaningful detections.”
  • “Security leaders looking for superior threat hunting and detection engineering capabilities should evaluate Red Canary.”

“Our cybersecurity practice is maturing in a variety of ways, not only in depth of expertise but with new clients and partners, such as Red Canary,” states ATC CTO, Nick Enger. “We have been doing some great work with our clients in the MDR space. Red Canary is a leader and a strong logo to add to our cybersecurity portfolio of providers.

“Every voice, network, and cloud conversation we have with clients includes a discussion about cybersecurity,” adds ATC Co-Founder and Managing Partner, David Goodwin. “In fact, many of our conversations are leading with cybersecurity. Red Canary is a recognized leader with a strong solution set. It’s important that our clients can access all the leaders through our technology marketplace.”

“Red Canary’s XDR platform allows us to go beyond simply ingesting alerts generated by security tools. We deliver customer-validated 99% accuracy by applying thousands of battle-tested analytics to the highest fidelity telemetry across every critical security domain,” says Chris Rothe, CTO of Red Canary. “By using our solutions, customers can have confidence that business-impacting threats will be caught before they cause damage without requiring a large team of security experts. This level of productivity and efficiency would not be impossible if they were constantly dealing with incident response across their cloud, identity, and endpoint domains.”

Red Canary and ATC Post 94+ CSAT Scores

The above recognition from Forrester comes on the heels of Red Canary achieving a 99.2% customer satisfaction (CSAT) score and adding 246 customers in its FY23 to serve nearly 1,000 total customers. Similarly, ATC recently posted a year-to-date CSAT score of 96.1 and an NPS score of 90.0
