ATC and 8×8 will Present on Microsoft Teams’ Direct Routing for UCaaS and CCaaS

Cincinnati, OH, September 2020—ATC has partnered with leading UCaaS provider, 8×8, for this year’s comSpark 2020 Tech Summit. Keynote speakers, Chris Carper, Director of Azure Customer Success, Microsoft, and Wesley Rhodes, VP R&D & Technology Transformation, Kroger, will kick-off the event speaking on how “Innovations of Necessity Become an Archetype of Disruption.”

comSpark is slated for Tuesday, October 6th. ATC and 8×8 will have a virtual booth where visitors can chat and learn about leading technologies such as UCaaS, CCaaS, NaaS, SD-WAN, SASE, IaaS and cybersecurity. ATC and 8×8 will also collectively present on Microsoft Teams’ direct routing for UCaaS and CCaaS. Here are the details:

ATC has participated and been a lead supporter of comSpark ever since its inception five years ago. Each year the event has grown. As the leading IT event in the region, comSpark features segment-specific summits, educational presentations, panels, keynotes, and an expo hall. Last year, over 2,000 attended in person at the Sharonville Convention Center in Cincinnati, OH. This year the event has gone virtual due to COVID. ATC has partnered with Mitel, CenturyLink and Open Systems for previous comSpark events.

Nine tracks will be featured this year, including cloud, data analytics, security, digital transformation, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning, IoT, agile and talent. ATC’s CTO, Nick Enger, will also be moderating a “digital transformation” panel at 10 a.m. during the event in Virtual Room 4, in addition to presenting on Microsoft Teams’ direct routing.
